Keep these things in mind:
- The old scheme of electricity at cheap prices will continue till September 30.
- If you want to keep getting cheap electricity, then you have to apply by 31st October.
- If you think that you do not want to take subsidy, then do not do anything. After October, your bill will start coming in full.
Can apply even after 31 October
- If you want to apply, then if you are not able to apply till 31st October, then there is no need to worry.
- Applications can also be made on or after 1 November. However, those who apply on or after November 1, will have to pay the full bill till the month in which they have applied.
- For example, if you applied in November, you have to pay the entire bill till October or if you applied in December, then the full bill for October and November will have to be paid.

First way
- Go to WhatsApp on the number 70113111111 issued by the Delhi government and send it by typing Hi.
- You will get a message to choose a language. Choose your language.
- After this enter the CA number and then confirm the details.
- Your subsidy application will be registered.
Second way
- Give a missed call to the number 70113111111 issued by the Delhi government.
- After this the link of subsidy form will come on the message. It will open on WhatsApp.
- On clicking the link, a form will open on your mobile.
- Select your language, enter the CA number and confirm the details. You will be registered for subsidy.
Third way
- A QR code will come with the electricity bill.
- It will be scanned through the power company’s app.
- The subsidy form will open as soon as it is scanned. You have to fill it.
Fourth way
- Delhi government will also send a separate message to those whose mobile numbers are registered with the electricity bill.
- The link of the form will also be there in the message of the Delhi government.
