If any bus and truck driver is found violating the lane driving rules then they will have to pay a heavy fine. Under the new traffic rules, a fine of Rs 5000 will be charged for breaking the lane driving law for the first time.

Strict action will be taken against those who break lane driving rules

A fine of 5 thousand will be charged for breaking the rule for the first time and if a driver violates this rule for the second time then a fine of Rs 10,000 will be charged from him. Not only this, if that driver repeatedly violates the lane driving rule, then his license and vehicle permit can also be canceled. Let us inform that at present, the lane driving rule has been made mandatory only for heavy vehicles like buses and trucks.

After 15 days it will be made mandatory for all categories of vehicles. Several teams of Delhi Traffic Police and Delhi Transport Department have been deployed on the roads of Delhi to keep an eye on the violators and take action against them.

Let us tell you that there is a separate lane for buses on the roads of Delhi and boxes have also been made at all the bus stands so that the buses move in their lane and after coming to the bus stand, they stand at their designated place. But it is seen on the roads of Delhi that most of the bus drivers neither walk in their lane nor park the bus at the designated place at the bus stand.

According to media reports, if any vehicle is found parked at the places made for buses at the bus stand, then it will be lifted by a crane, which you may have to pay a heavy fine to get rid of.
