Special care must be taken in bus operation
At the same time, buses will operate. However, the number of passengers has been kept very limited. But would it be easy to implement? DTC buses are famous for their congestion but will it be under the purview of operational discipline in the Corona era. Will passengers follow rules like 20 rides in a bus? In the metro and buses, it has been said that less capacity will carry less people. But, how to control it will be a big challenge. Because buses and metro are crowded very much. I believe that for the first few weeks, people will not come out of their homes in large numbers. Because people are also very scared. The other thing is that with buses, autos Rural service has also been started. There is no other option but to operate DTC. I also believe that following the rules is a challenging task, but what can be done in these circumstances? Passengers in buses can not be allowed to travel by whispering. And the operation of buses is also important. Home guards and marshals work here. They can be taken help at the bus stop. Through these, passengers can be made to follow the rules. People should not be allowed to climb without wearing masks. After a round of buses, they should be sanitized at the terminal.
The government has also ordered the institutes to be opened. I agree that the obligation of institutions has increased. Institutions should call 50 percent staff. Because the office also has to be protected. Even if the order to open the office arrived, it should not be understood that the circumstances have become normal as before. We all have to understand the seriousness and exquisiteness of opportunity. Right now any kind of gathereing including school college is closed in Delhi. Therefore there will not be a crowd. There are a large number of staff buses in Delhi, which daily take employees from office to office, including Nehru Place, Central Secretariat. Their number is 12000. They should also be run. School buses should also be used.

I would say that there is no one more powerful than the system. Adherence to physical distance would be possible if the system desired. Nothing can happen if the system does not want to.
