New Delhi. Drivers will not have any problem in traveling on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway from July. All the necessary facilities will be available here. NHAI is trying to provide Way Site Amenities. From health facilities to air ambulance will be available here.
There is no facility anywhere in this expressway. There is a catering facility on Nizamuddin Bridge itself. Drivers are facing problems due to lack of facilities. Keeping this in mind, those side amenities are being developed.

The approach road to the way-side amenities is ready. Underpass has also been made for commuting on both sides.
NHAI had bought 2.33 acres on the left side of the highway and 2.25 acres on the right. This land has been given on lease to a private company for 15 years. The company is developing 29 facilities by spending about Rs 8 crore.
Air ambulance service from Airbus restaurant
A charging station for charging electric cars with Airbus restaurant, motel, shopping complex, petrol, diesel and CNG pumps is also being built here. Apart from this, a 90-chair Airbus restaurant is being built, in which all types of Chinese, South Indian and Italian food will be available except non-veg. A helipad for air ambulance is also being built in the rest area on the basis of DGCA guidelines. In case of an accident, the relatives of the injured will be able to avail the facility of air ambulance at their own expense.
