DMRC says that the passengers who are going to the place of Republic Day program by taking metro from Udyog Bhavan and Central Secretariat Metro Station, will not be ticketed. People with e-tickets and invitees will be able to ride on two metros for free in the Republic Day celebrations.
Card will be available free for 10 days
Along with this, Noida Metro is going to give free metro card to the passengers on completion of 4 years of Noida Metro. The benefit of this will be given to NMRC old passengers as well as new customers. Ritu Maheshwari, MD of Noida Metro Rail Corporation told that Noida Metro Rail Corporation will organize a camp for 10 days from January 26. In that, free smart metro cards will be distributed to the people. Under this scheme, passengers traveling in Noida Metro will get a free card. This card has been designed by SBI.

If you want to take advantage of the smart metro card being distributed for free, then you have to go to the nearest metro station. According to NMRC, this is being done to make people aware about the new facility.
There should be minimum balance in the card
Let us tell you that now it is necessary to have a minimum balance in your card for entry in the metro station. Earlier this limit was Rs 10, which has now been increased to Rs 50. If you have less than 50 rupees in your card then you will not get entry.
How to book ticket
To watch the 74th Republic Day celebrations, you can book tickets online by visiting amantran.mod.gov.in. Sale of tickets, admission cards, invitation cards and car parking labels are being issued online through this portal. This year, the physical invitation cards have been replaced with e-invites for the guests and visitors. That is, invitation letters to VVIPs will also be issued through online.
