Delhi Metro Update Delhi Metro service will remain closed between Karol Bagh and Rajiv Chowk on Blue Line till 6 am on Sunday due to routine maintenance. Metro will operate as per daily schedule between Dwarka Sector 21 to Karol Bagh and Noida City Centre/Vaishali to Rajiv Chowk. Metro operations will start on the entire Blue Line after 6 am.
Due to routine maintenance, metro service will remain closed between Karol Bagh and Rajiv Chowk on the Blue Line till 6 am on Sunday. Jhandewalan and Ram Krishna Ashram Marg metro stations located between these two stations will also remain closed till 6 pm, but the metro will operate from Dwarka Sector 21 to Karol Bagh and Noida City Centre/Vaishali to Rajiv Chowk as per scheduled time every day. Metro operations will start on the entire Blue Line after 6 am.
Recently, before Diwali, DMRC management gave a big gift to the metro passengers. Keeping in view the increasing pollution in Delhi-NCR and for the convenience of passengers, it was decided to add 60 additional trips in Delhi Metro.
It is noteworthy that pollution in Delhi has reached a dangerous situation. Recently, AQI was found above 400 in many areas of Delhi-NCR. Due to increasing pollution in Delhi, people are facing many problems. Long queues of people are being seen in the hospital.
