The cases of corona virus are increasing day by day in the capital Delhi, in view of this, the Delhi government has issued new Covid-19 guidelines for schools. According to which if even a single Covid infected patient is found in Delhi schools, then the school will be completely closed. In the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Education, Delhi, all schools have been ordered to strictly follow the Covid rules. In which it is clearly written that the entire school or wing will be closed if the corona case comes to the school.
The school administration will inform the DOE when a Covid patient is found. Along with this, the school will follow the Covid protocol and guidelines, in which it has been advised to apply masks in the school premises. Directorate of Education has ordered the school administration to apply masks for students, teachers and staff in the school in a new advisory. Along with this, it is advised to wash hands regularly and continue social distance.
Recently, cases of Covid were found in some schools of Delhi NCR. In a private school in Delhi, a teacher and student were found infected with Covid, after which the rest of the class students were sent home. The Delhi government has issued new guidelines after the increasing number of Covid infected cases. The Delhi government says that there is no need to panic now and our eyes are on these cases. On Thursday, 325 Covid cases have been reported in Delhi, in which the positivity rate is 2.39 percent.
