How to change date of birth in pan card
- First of all you have to go to NSDL portal. Then click on Online Application for Correction or Changes to PAN Data.
- Then the applicant will have to go to the category and choose either HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) or individual option.
- It will be necessary to fill all the fields on which there is a ‘*’ mark.
- Upload all the required documents. Also upload photos as well.
Then click on submit button. - After that make the payment through demand draft, debit card or credit card.
- Note that there will be an acknowledgment number here. This will be necessary to check the application status.
How to change name in pan card
- For this, first you have to go to the official website of NSDL.
- On this website, you have to go to the service tab and click on PAN.
- After this click on Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data / Reprint of PAN Card.
- After filling the requested information, submit the captcha code.
- After that click on Application Form.
- When you can submit documents through e-KYC. But for this aadhar card will be required. You can submit the scanned picture through e-sign. After submission, you will have to make payment, which you will have to pay online.
- To make payment, you have to click on Pay Confirm. After making the payment, you will get your bank reference number and transaction number. Save both of these then click on Contunue.
- After this tick the box below the Aadhar card and then click on Authenticate. After this, if your information is getting Aadhar card, then you have to click on contunue with e-Sign and e-KYC. Then you have to click on Generate OTP.
- After this you have to enter OTP and click on submit. After that a new page will open. In which you will see the application form. Which has to be downloaded in PDF format. You will also get it through mail.
- After this you will have to send the ID proof all the documents to the office of NSDL e-Gov.
