After the assembly elections held in five states, the prices of petrol, diesel and LPG are being increased continuously. On March 22, there was an increase of Rs 50 in subsidized domestic LPG cylinders. Earlier, after 6 October 2021, there was no change in the rate of domestic LPG cylinder. Domestic LPG prices vary from state to state due to local taxes.

Continuously expensive cylinders
Let us tell you, earlier this month, the prices of commercial LPG cylinders were increased. On May 1, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 102.50, after which the price increased to Rs 2355.50. Along with this, the price of 5 kg LPG commercial cylinder was also increased to Rs 655.
Prices increased several times this year
Even before this, the rate of 19 kg commercial LPG was increased by Rs 250 per cylinder to Rs 2,253 on 1 April. Apart from this, the price of commercial LPG was increased by Rs 105 on March 1, 2022.
