DRDO Jobs 2022: There is a chance to become a scientist in DRDO for Graduate Engineer and Post Graduate in Science. DRDO has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Scientist B. This recruitment will be done in DRDO, its Department of Science and Technology and Aeronautical Development Agency.
DRDO RAC Recruitment 2022: Defense Research and Development Organisation, DRDO has released bumper recruitment for Graduate Engineer and Post Graduate in Science. DRDO has 630 vacancies for Scientist B posts. This includes 579 posts of DRDO, 8 posts of Science and Technology Department and 43 posts of Aeronautical Development Agency. The online application process for this recruitment has started from July 6. The last date of application is 29th July. The examination for recruitment to these posts will be held on 16 October 2022.
Essential Educational Qualification
For most of the posts, candidates have been asked to have an engineering degree with at least 60 per cent marks. For some posts, a master’s degree has been sought in science with 60 percent marks. Those who do not have Engineering or MSc First Division pass degree can only apply for DST. For more details see notification.
Age Range
According to the notification issued for the recruitment, the maximum age limit is 28 years for DRDO, 35 years for DST and 30 years for ADA.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the posts through GATE score, written test and personal interview.

Scientist B salary in DRDO
Level-10 (7th CPC) Drink Matrix – 56,100/-. The salary at the time of joining will be around Rs.88000.
