R&D Organizations and possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which the candidate is applying. Persons who have experience working with DRDO/Navy would be accorded preference during selection. Candidate should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of the areas of work.
