DRDO Recruitment 2024: There is an opportunity to do apprenticeship in Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). Recruitment for Graduate Apprenticeship has come out in the Center for High Energy Systems and Sciences (CHESS), Hyderabad, working under the organization. This apprenticeship will be for one year. Application for this can be made till 21 days from the release of recruitment advertisement. Candidates will be selected for Graduate Apprenticeship on the basis of marks (percentage) obtained in the qualifying exam or interview. The interview will be through video conferencing.
According to the notification issued by DRDO’s Center for High Energy Systems and Sciences (CHESS), there are a total of 125 vacancies for Graduate/Technician Apprenticeship.
Eligibility for Apprenticeship
Graduate Apprenticeship- Candidates should have BE/B.Tech in relevant branch of Engineering.
Technician Apprenticeship- Candidates should have Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering.
Salary in apprenticeship job
Graduate apprentice will get a stipend of Rs 9000 every month. Whereas for Technician Apprenticeship, you will get a stipend of Rs 8000 every month.

-For Graduate Apprentice (B.E./B.Tech) and Technician Apprenticeship (Diploma), candidates have to first register by visiting NATS 2.0 portal https://nats.education.gov.in.
– Now go to DRDO website https://drdo.gov.in/drdo/ and download the form. After this, fill it and mail it to hrd.chess@gov.in along with the necessary documents.
