DRDO Recruitment 2025: There is a golden opportunity for the youth looking for a job (Sarkari Naukri) in Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). For this, vacancies have come out for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in various departments Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Electrical, Electronics Engineering. The application process for these posts has started. A total of 06 posts are going to be reinstated through this recruitment. Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of walk-in-interview. No written examination will be conducted in this. These posts will be recruited in DRDO
According to the official notification issued by DRDO, recruitment will be done for the posts of 06 Junior Research Fellow (JRF). These posts are available in the following engineering branches.
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science Engineering
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Essential qualifications to get a job in DRDO
The candidate must have a first class degree in B.E. / B.Tech as well as a valid GATE score. Apart from this, there should be a first class degree in both B.E. / B.Tech and M.E. / M.Tech levels.
Age limit to apply
Candidates who are applying for these posts should not be more than 28 years of age. Also, age limit can be relaxed for SC / ST and OBC candidates as per government rules.
Salary will be available on selection
On selection, candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 37,000 per month. Also HRA (House Rent Allowance) will be given, which will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection will be done like this
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the walk-in-interview. Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 19 and 20 March 2025.
