What is the process
1.First of all, go to the vehicle driving services portal.
2.Select your state.
3.Click on the Driving License tab.
4.Click on Update option.
5.Click on Upgrade to PVC Card option.
6.Enter your driving license number.
7.Update your name.
8.Upload a scanned copy of your Aadhar Card.
9.Get OTP for verification.
10.Enter OTP and submit.
11.Your application will be registered successfully. You can go to the Track tab to check the application status.
