Dussehra Special Trains | Good news for travelers in Telugu states. Indian Railways will run more special trains from today. These trains run on the occasion of Dussehra and Diwali. Some trains run from different parts of the Telugu states. Find out the details, routes and timings of special trains running in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
1. Indian Railways has announced more special trains for the Dasara and Diwali festive seasons. 39 special trains are running in different zones. These include AC Express, Duronto, Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains.
2. It is learned that Railway Board Chairman Vinod Kumar Yadav has announced that 200 trains will be run during the festive season. It is learned that the list of 39 trains has been released by Railway Minister Piyush Goyal.
3. Among the 39 special trains run by Indian Railways during Dussehra and Diwali, there are also trains plying in the Telugu states. The South Central Railway has revealed the list, routes and timings of the trains. Find out those details.
4. Train No. 02774 Secunderabad to Shalimar every Tuesday. The train will be available from October 13. The train will leave Secunderabad at 5.40 am and reach Shalimar at 9.05 am the next day. This train will stop at Warangal, Rayanapada, Rajahmundry, Samarthkota, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram and Srikakulam railway stations.
5. Train No. 02773 Shalimar to Secunderabad departs every Wednesday. The train will be available from October 14. The train will leave Shalimar at 4.05 pm and reach Secunderabad at 6.30 pm the next day. In Telugu states, the train will stop at Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Visakhapatnam, Samarthkota, Rajahmundry, Rayanapada and Warangal railway stations.
6. Train No. 02708 Tirupati to Visakhapatnam is available three days a week. The train will leave Tirupati at 9.50 pm every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from October 14. The train will reach Visakhapatnam at 11 am the next day. This train will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Chirala, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Thadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samarthkota, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada railway stations.

7. Train No. 02707 The train will run from Visakhapatnam to Tirupati three days a week. In the return direction, the train will leave Visakhapatnam at 10.25 pm on every Thursday, Saturday and Monday from October 15 and reach Tirupati at 11.35 am the next day. The train will stop at Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Samarthkota, Rajahmundry, Thadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, New Guntur, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Srikalahasti and Renigunta railway stations.
8. Train No. 02784 Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam special train will run every week. In the return direction, the train will leave Secunderabad at 5.50 pm every Saturday from October 17 and reach Visakhapatnam at 6.50 am the next day. The train will stop at Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Thadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samarthkota, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada railway stations.
9. Train No. 02783 Special trains will be available from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad every week. In the return direction, the train will leave Visakhapatnam at 6.55 pm on Sundays from October 18 and reach Secunderabad at 7.40 am the next day. This train stops at Duvvada, Anakapalli, Tuni, Annavaram, Samarthkota, Rajahmundry, Thadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada and Guntur railway stations.
10. Train No. 02775 runs from Kakinada Town to Lingampally three days a week. The train will leave Kakinada Town at 8.10 pm on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from October 25, 2020 and reach Lingampally at 7.30 am the next day. This train will stop at Rajahmundry, Tanuku, Bhimavaram Town, Akividu, Kaikaluru, Gudiwada, Rayanapadu, Khammam, Warangal and Secunderabad stations.
11. Train No. 02776 Lingampally to Kakinada Town three days a week. The train will leave Lingampally at 7.55 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from October 26, 2020 and reach Kakinada Town at 7.15 am the next day. This train will stop at Begumpet, Secunderabad, Warangal, Khammam, Rayanapadu, Gudivada, Kaikaloor, Akividu, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku and Rajahmundry stations.
