Mumbai, ANI. Lightning tremors of the Earthquake were felt at 11.51 am on Wednesday in the Maharashtra capital Mumbai. According to the National Center for Seismology, the intensity of the earthquake has been measured 2.5 on the reactor scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was 103 km north of Mumbai. There is an atmosphere of panic among the people due to the tremor of the earthquake, although there has been no news of any kind of loss of life or property.
Earthquake thrice in 24 hours in Gujarat
Significantly, two days ago, earthquake tremors were felt three times within 24 hours in Gujarat. The first shock was felt on Sunday night. Its intensity was measured 5.5 on the Richter scale. After this, two more tremors were felt in Kutch between 1 pm and 4 pm on Monday afternoon. Their intensity on the Richter scale was measured at 4.6 and 4.1. The epicenter of the earthquake was said to be Bhachau district. The tremor was felt in Kutch on Monday afternoon at 1259 hours. The panic of this earthquake was still prevalent among the people that on the same day, the earthquake that occurred again at 3.56 pm, the people were scared.
Significantly, earthquake tremors have been felt in many parts of the country for the last few days. In this regard, scientists of the National Center for Seismology say that no prediction of earthquake can be made but there will be no major earthquake. There is no need to be afraid to listen to the shocking news. In such a situation, the Center has decided to build temporary earthquake observatories at many places. Out of this, three observatories have been built. These devices will be installed around the place where the center of the earthquake has been in the past.
