The Enforcement Directorate had earlier approached the Delhi High Court after he failed to appear for questioning despite repeated calls. Then the High Court had issued summons to the Chief Minister of Delhi to appear on 17 February.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has once again issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal . This is the sixth summons sent by ED to the convener of Aam Aadmi Party. The central agency wants to interrogate Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to the alleged scam in Delhi Excise Policy . ED has asked Kejriwal to appear on February 19.
