The company is giving a cash discount of Rs 22,000 on this electric bike. This offer is valid till 31st December only. This offer is applicable on the torquey Kratos R standard model as well as the Kratos Urban variant. The ex-showroom price of this electric motorcycle is Rs 1.87 lakh.
Now Kratos R will get a new Eco + mode. With this, the range of this electric motorcycle will exceed 150Km. This is much more than the previous range of 120Km. The IDC range of the bike is around 180Km. In Eco+ mode its top speed will be only up to 35Km/h. Eco+ mode is for city commuting. In this mode the range of the motorcycle is more important than high speed. This will be in addition to the existing 3 riding modes of Eco, City and Sport. When driven in Sport mode, the Kratos R reaches a top speed of 105Km/h. Interestingly, Torque has also given the electric motorcycle a reverse mode. So that it can be parked easily at difficult parking places.
Talking about other features of Torque Kratos R, everything will be available in it as before. It is operated by a 9kW motor, which generates 38Nm torque. It has a 4kWh lithium-ion battery pack which is IP67-certified. Through fast charger, it can be charged from 0 to 80% within 1 hour. Apart from this, other features have been provided with fully LED lighting, full instrument cluster, regenerative braking, mobile connectivity, USB charging, anti-theft, front storage box and OTA updates.
Features like geofencing, find my vehicle, motor walk assist, crash alert, track mode and smart charge are also available in it. In this, many features like multi-ride mode, fast charging, in-app navigation, live dashboard access over Bluetooth, anti-theft safeguards and geofencing will be available for free. You will be able to buy it in three color options: Streaky Red, Oceanic Blue and Midnight Black. This electric bike will compete with electric bikes like Revolt RV, Oben Rohrer and Hop Oxo.
