In the same labor department, the trainers have been kept in the skilled category. After which an honorarium of Rs 14038 will be provided to the sports coach.
At the same time, the honorarium increase for the trainers will be implemented from the month of April of the previous year. After which the arrears of 1 year will also be given to the employees. It should be noted that earlier day boarding center instructors were provided no 11440. Which has been increased up to 3000.
Earlier, a big gift was also given to the teachers of the state. In fact orders were issued to increase their honorarium by 20%. The same increase for them has come into effect from 1st April 2021. After this, 2000 rupees salary will increase in his account. In fact, an increase in the honorarium of teachers of 203 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and 57 Girls Residential Schools in the state was announced. For this, the Jharkhand Education Project had issued orders to increase the honorarium of 20 percent.
After which, in the increase, the teachers whose present salary has a provision of 11000 in excess, their salary has been increased to 13200, whereas the teachers who teach on the basis of class will now be paid honorarium with an honorarium increase of 20 percent in their salary. The outstanding arrears for this will be paid to the teachers.
However, teachers appointed in the financial year 2021 will not be given its benefit. No provision has been made to increase the honorarium of such teachers. The state government has talked about a 5 percent increase in the honorarium of the employees working under the National Health Mission Jharkhand from March 31, 2021. However, those employees will not get the benefit of this. Those who have been appointed during the compassionate period.
Actually the order was issued by Jharkhand Rural Health Mission. In which it was said that under Jharkhand, the employees whose service is completed at least 1 year on 31 March 2021. The benefit of 5 percent honorarium increase will be given in their present payment. The payment of this benefit to the employees will be payable from April 1, 2021.
