Employees Salary Hike, Contract Employees Salary Hike: The state government has given a big gift to the employees on Janmashtami. His salary and honorarium has been increased by 20%. This increase will be applicable from September 2023 i.e. in the month of October they will be paid September salary along with increased salary.
The salaries of contract employees have been increased by 10 to 20 percent by the Haryana government. This increase will be applicable to contract employees working in all departments, corporation boards and schools and colleges. The districts have been divided into three categories. Their salary will be increased in category wise manner.
The increase will be effective from September 1, 2023
The government has brought the contract employees under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. In such a situation, the increase orders will be applicable to these employees. The order has been issued by the General Manager Finance on behalf of the CEO of the Corporation. The increase in salary will be effective from September 1, 2023. The salary has been divided into three categories. Salaries of employees with 0 to 5 years of service, 5 to 10 years of service and more than 10 years of experience were increased. Along with this, the districts have been determined in three orders. Salaries will be paid to employees under Level 1, 2 and 3.
In the order issued by the government, it has been clarified that regarding the increase, written instructions have been given to the administrative secretaries of all the parts of the department, the managing directors of the board corporation and the registrar of the university, including the appropriate district. Along with this, it has been asked to ensure increase in the salary of the employees.
Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Delhi, Chandigarh, Sonipat have been included in the first category districts.
Panipat, Jhajjar, Palwal, Karnal, Ambala, Rohtak, Rewari, Hisar, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Kaithal, Bhiwani and Zid have been included in the second category districts.
Mahendragarh, Fatehabad, Nuhu, Charkhi Dadri, Sirsa have been included in the third category districts.
