Under this, the employees will get a minimum benefit of Rs 5400 and a maximum of Rs 8100 per month. For example, if someone’s basic salary is Rs 30,000, then he will get the benefit of HRA of about Rs 5400 to Rs 8100 per month.

Decision on arrears of 18 months soon

The same decision is also expected to be taken soon on the pending DA arrears of 18 months. Reinstate it soon and its amount should be given as a lump sum, so that the employees can get big relief. Salary will increase so much on outstanding DA

  • For example, for Level-1 employees, DA arrears can range from Rs 11,880 to Rs 37,000 and for Level-13 employees, Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 can be given as DA arrears.
  • An employee with 18 thousand basic salary will get three months DA arrears(4,320+3,240+4,320) = Rs.11,880.
  • 56,000 salary, he will get DA arrears of 3 months (13,656 + 10,242 + 13,656) = Rs 37,554. Apart from this, other allowances including HRA-TA will also be added.
