Today on Monday, the December figures of the AICPI index will be released, from these figures it will be clear how much DA of employees will increase in January 2022. It is expected that this time dearness allowance may increase by 3 percent. If this happens, then the total dearness allowance of the employees will increase from 31% to 34%.
According to media reports, according to AICPI data till September 2021, dearness allowance has reached 32.81% and after November data, the AICPI index has reached 125.7, the same December figures will be released today on 31 January 2022, so 2 or 3 Percentage DA is believed to increase. At the same time, according to the AICPI data in June 2021, DA has been increased to 31 percent, and in December 2021, based on the inflation rate, the increase in DA of employees by 3 percent is believed to be fixed.
According to media reports, if the DA of central employees increases by 3 percent, the salary will increase up to Rs 20000. If the DA of central employees increases by 2% or 3%, then it will increase from 31 percent to 33% or 34%. If DA becomes 33% and basic salary is Rs 18,000, then DA to employees will increase by Rs 5940 and adding TA-HRA salary will be Rs 31,136. If DA is 34% then DA of employees with basic salary of Rs 18,000 6,480 per annum and Rs 20,484 per annum for those with a salary of 56000. At the same time, there will be an increase in the maximum basic salary by Rs 1707. 48 lakh central employees and about 60 lakh pensioners of the country will be benefited by the increase in DA.
