Promotion will be based on rating
According to the sources of the associate website Zee Business, the appraisal window has been opened for the employees from the center. This window will be open till 30th June. By the due date, the employees have to fill the self-assessment and send it to the reporting officer. The promotion will be decided only on the rating given by the officer on the self-assessment filled by the employees.
All employees will get benefit
EPFO sources say that the Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) module has been prepared. Soon the online window will also start. After that the final assessment will be sent. All the employees of the center will come in the appraisal cycle. The appraisal window is opening for Group A, Group B and Group C employees.
Annual Appraisal Date Passed
The date of annual appraisal for the financial year 2021-22 is near. It has to be completed by 31st July only. According to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the window for the Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) of Group A, B and C is opening. Since the APAR of the employees is due, then the benefit of APR will also be available.
Appraisal process will be completed by July 31
Sources claim that online forms have been sent to central employees by DoPT. Also the appraisal process has started. The employees have to fill the information sought in the form and submit it to the concerned reporting officer by June 30. It will take time till July 31 to complete this process. This time it is expected to be timely as compared to the delay in performance review for the last two years.
Dearness Allowance will increase by 4 percent in July!
Along with the appraisal, the central employees are also expected to get the benefit of dearness allowance. Let us tell you that the dearness allowance of central employees is increased twice every year in January and July by the government. Dearness Allowance for January has been announced in March. The second installment of dearness allowance may be announced in July. The data of the AICPI index is expected to increase by 4 percent in July. Earlier it had increased by 3 percent to 34 percent. If dearness allowance is increased by 4 percent in July, then it will become 38 percent.
