Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is launching a massive district outreach program in all districts across the country through a revamped ‘Nidhi Aapke Niktat’ programme. Complaints will be resolved on the spot
Under this initiative, a help desk will be created, where many services like online claim submission will be available to the members. The grievances of the members of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization will be resolved on the spot and if any problem is not resolved on the spot, it will be resolved on priority basis by registering it on the complaint portal of EPFO.
The program will be conducted on 27th of every month-
Nidhi Aapke Nixon is a special initiative under which EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation) stakeholders come to EPFO’s regional offices for grievance redressal, while under Nidhi Aapke Nixon 2.0, EPFO will reach out to each and every stakeholder. This will increase the reach and efficiency of the organization in all the districts of the country.
The objective of this program is to reach all the districts of the country on a particular day every month. ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikt 2.0’ will be conducted on 27th of every month starting from January 2023. If 27th of a month is a holiday, it will be conducted on the next working day.
By expanding the reach and coverage of Nidhi Near You in the form of District Awareness Camps and Outreach Programme, more than 500 districts of the country which do not have EPFO offices will also be covered and social security and seamless services will be provided to the members. Can

Employees’ Provident Fund Organization has been taking various measures and reforms over the years for the welfare of its customers. In the year 2015, the provident fund court was renamed as ‘Nidhi Apke Nitch’ and in the year 2019, the reach of the Nidhi Apke Nitch program was further improved by inviting the participation of trade unions. In the year 2021, a special forum Monthly Pension Adalat was started to redress the grievances of pensioners.
