- First of all visit the EPFO website.
- Go to the next step by opening the pensioners portal and click on Know Your PPO
- Number on the dashboard.
- Enter your registered bank account number or PF number.
- As soon as you submit, your PPO number will appear on the screen.
Pension account can be transferred to other branch
You also need a PPO number to transfer the pension account from one branch of a bank to another. Apart from this, the PPO number has to be given while submitting the life certificate.
