New Delhi. The government has started adding interest in the PF account of crores of employees of the country. For the financial year 2020 21, the government is giving interest at the rate of 8.5 percent on EPF savings. Whether the interest money came in the PF account or not, you can see it sitting at home. Apart from this, if the interest amount has not been credited in your account, then you can also complain about it.
PF balance can be checked in four ways. Many a times, on giving a missed call to the toll free number, it either does not seem to work or comes busy. In such a situation, you can know your balance in a minute by choosing the second option.

You can know the balance in 1 minute through SMS,
for this it is necessary that your UAN number is registered with EPFO. You have to send ‘EPFOHO UAN ENG’ to 7738299899. This service supports 10 different languages ​​including English, Hindi, Punjabi.
Check your balance through missed callÂ
For this, give a missed call on 011 22901406 from the registered mobile number. Here also it is necessary to have your UAN, PAN and Aadhaar linked. After calling Mi on this number, your balance will come.
If interest has not come in your EPFO ​​account, then complain here,
for this you have to go to https://epfigms.gov.in/ website. By visiting this website, you have to click on Register Grievance. After this choose your status among PF member, EPF pensioner, employer, others, after that choose PF member for complaint related to PF account. After all these processes are completed, enter UAN number and security code and click on Get Details. Personal information will be revealed from the account linked to the UAN.
After that click on Get OTP. OTP will come on your registered mobile number. As soon as you submit the OTP, after filling the personal details, click on the PF number related to which the complaint is to be lodged. After that a pop up will come. Here you have to choose one of the options PF Officer, Employer, Employee Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme or Ex-Pension. Upload the details and required documents and click on submit. After this your complaint will be registered and the complaint registration number will come on the registered mobile number and email.
