EPFO Contribution Employees contribute a fixed portion of their salary to the PF account every month. The company also contributes as much as the employee contributes. Many times it also happens that the company deposits the money from the employee’s account into the EPF account but the company does not contribute its contribution.

Complain online

If you come to know that the company is not contributing to the EPF account, then you can complain about it to the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). Here you can complain online. For this, first of all you have to go to the official portal of EPFigms. Now you can make a written complaint to the PF officer.

This document is required

Whenever you make a complaint, it is important for you to attach some documents along with it. In such a situation, collect those documents before complaining. You will have to provide proof that money for PF is deducted from your salary. That money is not being deposited in PF. Your salary slip or EPF account statement will be sufficient for this proof. Every month the company uploads its employee’s salary slip on the employee’s self-service portal.

How to complain

  • First of all you have to go to the official website of EPFO. Here you have to log in to your account with the help of your Universe Account Number (UAN).
  • After this you have to click on Get Details. Now you will see all the information related to your UAN.
  • Now you have to click on Get OTP. Now OTP will come on your registered mobile number.
  • After entering the OTP you have to click on OK. Now give other information like your name, gender, mobile number.
  • After this you have to upload your documents.
  • When your complaint is registered, you will receive a message.
