Understand the complete process step by step
Step 1- First of all go to the official website of EPFO ( epfo.india.gov.in ).
Step 2- By going to Services, click on Member UAN/Online Service.
Step 3- Login with UAN and Password.
Step 4- Go to Manage Tab and select E Nomination.

Step 5- – Enter the information related to yourself and click on Save moment.
Step 6- Update family related information.
Step 7- You can add more than one nominee by clicking on Add Family Details.
Step 8- What percentage of your money will the new nominee be entitled to. Update it.
Step 9- Click on E-Sign. After this OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar registered mobile number. Once you update it, your process will be completed. After this you will not have to submit any document in your current office or in the previous office.
