EPFO Recruitment 2024: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has notified recruitment to temporary Young Professional (YP) posts on contract basis. The institute has invited applications from eligible candidates. Interested candidates can visit the official website of EPFO, epfindia.gov.in. and fill and submit the form.
Rs 65,000 Monthly Salary
This Delhi-based job will offer a monthly salary of Rs 65,000. Selection will be based on interview and successful candidates will be hired initially for one year, with an option to extend the contract up to three years. Applicants must be 32 years of age or younger and must have a degree from a recognized institute.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process involves only an interview stage, no written test. Applicants must bring original documents and self-attested copies during the interview.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university, and those with research experience will be preferred, especially in related government schemes in the social security or labor sector.
Leave and Working Hours
Young women will get 12 days leave per year on a proportionate basis, with unused leave not carried forward. Female young women are eligible for maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extra hours on weekends or holidays if necessary, although no extra compensation will be given for such occasions.
