EPFO district outreach program for members issues resolving: Help desk will be set up during the program for immediate settlement of EPFO members’ problems.
New Delhi: Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is preparing to expand its network across the country. District outreach program ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikt 2.0’ is being started on a large scale in all the districts to solve the problems of its members.
For immediate settlement of the problem, a help desk will be set up during the program, through which the problem or claim of the members will be settled immediately. EPFO will now organize Nidhi program near you every 27th of every month.
Get the complaint settled on 27th of every month Member
EPFO has started the second phase of Nidhi Aapke Nitch program from 27th January 2023. This program will now be held on the 27th of every month. If 27th of a month is a holiday, it will be held on the next day. Through the program, a grievance redressal platform and information exchange network will be established for employers and employees. Along with this, it will also prove to be an important platform for exchange of information with district level officers in various state governments and central government departments.
On-the-spot solution to the problem from the help desk
Under this initiative of EPFO, a help desk will be set up, where various services like online claim submission will be available to the members. The grievances of the members of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization will be resolved on the spot and if any problem is not resolved at the same time, it will be resolved on priority basis by registering it on the complaint portal of EPFO.
Aims to reach every member across the country
Through Nidhi Aapke Near programme, EPFO members will not have to go to EPFO’s regional offices for grievance redressal, rather EPFO will reach out to each and every member. This initiative will lead to expansion of EPFO in all the districts of the country as well as increase in reach and efficiency. The objective of EPF is to reach its members in all the districts of the country on a particular day every month.
