Subscribers can also track PF withdrawal requests on Umang app. Umang app can be downloaded from Google Play. After this you have to sign-in on this app. For this you can use your Aadhaar number and password. After that you will be able to take advantage of the services available on it.

You can use it like this

After logging in to this app, you have to select ‘EPFO’ services from the list. After that you can select the service according to your need. If you want to withdraw money from your EPF account, then you have to select the ‘Raise Claim’ option. Then you have to enter your UAN. After that an OTP will come on your mobile number. After that you have to select the type of withdrawal. Then you have to enter all the details. After that the request has to be submitted. Then you will get an acknowledgement number.

You can take advantage of these services

A Universal Account Number (UAN) is allotted to every subscriber by the EPFO. This number has to be used by the subscriber to use every service of EPFO. EPFO has made available a variety of services on the Umang app. These include claims for withdrawal and balance check, as well as KYC update, view passbook, generate Jeevan Pramaan certificate, PPO download and tracking and registration of complaints.
