Black marketing started in medical stores. The administration also raided and took action against many shop operators, but gradually the supply increased, but the price became many times more expensive. Sandeep Joshi, secretary of the chemist association, says masks are not made in the district, but are coming from other districts and states, but the rates have not come down.

In the year 2019, the price of N-95 mask was 20 to 25 rupees. While this mask used to come from other countries including China, but at this time many domestic companies have also started making it, but its prices have gone from 120 to 130. At the same time, the price of threeply mask was one or two rupees last year. In the early stages of the spread of corona virus infection, this mask started selling for more than Rs 15, but at this time it was priced at Rs 5-6. Even then, the price is selling twice as much as last year. No one has control over it.
