Now suppose you did not deposit the amount of Rs 50000 till 5th April and then deposited it on 6th April. From April 5 to April 30, the minimum balance in your account will be Rs 10 lakh. What was the monthly interest on this at the rate of 7.1%
(7.1%/12 X 10,00,000) = Rs 5917

You will get more interest on depositing such money
