According to experts, you should invest in the FDs of those small finance banks which are covered by DICGC (Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation). State Bank of India FD Scheme (SBI Special FD Scheme)

  • State Bank of India (SBI) is running many special FD schemes. High interest is offered in this FD scheme. The special thing about this scheme is that it is available for NRIs and senior citizens along with Indian residents.
  • SBI Amrit Vrishti FD Scheme is offering 7.10 percent interest on FDs with a tenure of 444 days. At the same time, senior citizens are getting 7.60 percent interest. You can invest in this scheme till March 31, 2025.
  • SBI Amrit Kalash FD Scheme (SBI Amrit Kalash FD) is offering 7.10 percent interest on FDs with a tenure of 400 days. Senior citizens get 7.60 percent interest in this scheme. You can invest in this scheme till 30 September 2024.
