May be considered after budget

However, due to the election being held, it may take time to announce it in the code of conduct. Salary may increase by Rs 8000
If there is an announcement regarding the fitment factor of central employees, then their salary will also increase. In fact, increasing the fitment factor will also increase the minimum wage. Employees are currently getting salary under fitment factor on the basis of 2.57 fitment factor. Now it can be increased to 3.68. If this happens, then there will be an increase of 8 thousand rupees in the minimum salary of the employees. This means that what is Rs 18,000 till now, it will increase to Rs 26,000.

According to sources, the government is not in favor of increasing the minimum salary under 7th CPC. She wants to implement the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission (7th Pay Commission). But, due to the continuous protests, there is pressure on the government to do something different for the employees. The government can increase the fitment factor by 3 times. If the fitment factor is 3 times, the basic pay of the employees will increase from Rs 18000 to Rs 21000.
