According to the notification of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, if the airline company cancels the flight, then in such a situation it will have to either provide the facility of another flight to the passenger or will have to refund the full amount of the ticket along with additional compensation. What are your rights in case of flight delay?

If your flight is delayed, then in such a situation the airline company will either have to provide the passenger with the facility of an alternative flight or the entire ticket amount will be refunded. If passengers have to wait for an alternative flight, then in such a situation the airlines will be responsible for their food and drinks. However, if the flight will operate on another day, then in such a situation the airlines will also have to provide hotel accommodation facilities to the passengers.

Facilities will not be available in these circumstances
