Akasa Air Flights Cancelled: Akasa Air’s problems are not decreasing. Recently 40 pilots had resigned from the airline and now Akasa Air has stopped its flights from many cities. There is a possibility that flights from other cities may also be cancelled.
Akasa Air has just suspended some flights from Bengaluru. Although the specific reason behind the cancellation of flights has not been known, it is believed that the flight has been canceled due to shortage of pilots.
Why were the flights canceled
It is noteworthy that Akasa Air Center is in Bengaluru, from where it operates 700 flights daily. An Akasa Air spokesperson said in a statement that some flights had to be canceled when a small group of pilots left the job and did not complete the notice period in the July-August 2023 deadline.
Plan to start many flights soon
An airline spokesperson said that operations have been improved to maintain customer loyalty. He said that now they are completely in development mode and are going to start flying in many cities. Many flights are also ready to be started at the international level. Domestic and international flights will be started soon.

The spokesperson said the airline remains financially strong and is on track to become one of the largest airlines in the world. An Akasa Air spokesperson had said in an earlier statement that the shortage of pilots is an issue that the airline industry has been facing for decades.
