Fog also affects train operations

Rain forecast on New Year
Let us tell you that an alert of severe cold, fog and rain was issued by the Meteorological Department. According to IMD, there are chances of rain in Jammu Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh on December 31.
