How to apply for Ration Card: Ration card is issued by the state government. For this, you can visit the portal of the food and logistics department of your state. Download and fill the ration card application form from the portal and submit it to the nearest ration dealer or food supply office. If you are from rural area, you can submit the form to the Tehsil office. After this your ration card will be delivered to your address within 15 days.
