Whereas silver collapsed today. On MCX, silver slipped by Rs 351 to Rs 60,401 per kg today, while after a while it fell by Rs 668 to 60,084.

In the US market this morning, the price of gold was trading 0.2 percent higher at $ 1,855.11 an ounce, while the spot price of silver was trading 0.1 percent higher at $ 21.57 an ounce. After tax, the price of platinum in the global market has come down by 0.2 percent to $ 990.64 an ounce.
