New Delhi: Gold and silver prices fell on Tuesday morning in the domestic futures market. On the MCX exchange on April 5, 2021 futures gold price was seen trading at Rs 50,100 per 10 gram, falling by only Rs 1 on Tuesday morning. Apart from this, the futures price of gold on February 5, 2021, was seen trading at Rs 50,000 per 10 grams, with a fall of 0.03 per cent or Rs 13. At the same time, both the spot and futures prices of gold rose in the global market on Tuesday morning.
Silver prices also fell on Tuesday morning in the futures market. On Tuesday morning, on March 5, 2021 futures silver price fell by 0.32 per cent or Rs 217 to trade at Rs 68,600 per kg on MCX. Apart from this, there was a drop in the futures price of silver in the global market on Tuesday morning and a rise in the spot price.
Global gold prices
Globally, both gold futures and spot prices rose on Tuesday morning. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning the global futures price of gold appeared to be trading at $ 1,881.50 an ounce, up 0.06 percent or $ 1.10 on Comex. Silver prices globally
Globally, silver has also seen a fall in futures prices and a rise in the spot price on Tuesday morning. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning, the March 2021 futures silver price fell by 0.37 per cent, or $ 0.10, to trade at $ 26.44 an ounce on Comex. Apart from this, the global spot price of silver appeared to be trading at 0.26 per cent or $ 0.05, at $ 26.30 an ounce.
