According to the information given on the website of Bank of India (BOI), there are three types of salary account facility under the Bank BOI Salary Plus Account Scheme. There is a salary account scheme for employees of Para Military Force, Central and State Government Employees, University, College and Public Sector Undertaking and Private Sector employees.
Explain that salary account is also called zero-balance account. That is why there is no hassle of maintaining salary account. This facility is available only in the salary account.

Free accidental insurance up to Rs 1 crore
Under the BOI Salary Plus Account Scheme, customers get the facility of free accidental insurance up to Rs 1 crore. Under the scheme, the bank gives accidental death cover of up to Rs 30 lakh to the customers having salary account.
According to the tweet of the bank, free air accident insurance of Rs 1 crore is being given to the salary account holder.

>> Overdraft facility is also available on the salary account. Under the BOI Salary Plus Account Scheme, the facility of overdraft up to Rs 2 lakh is available. Under the overdraft facility, even if there is no balance in your bank account, you can withdraw up to Rs 2 lakh.
>> BOI is giving Gold International Credit Card to the salary account holder for free.
>> Apart from this, customers will get 100 check leaves annually for free. Also, AMC charges will not be levied on Demat Accounts.
Salary account for private sector employees
Private sector employees can also take advantage of the salary account of Bank of India. Those earning Rs 10,000 per month can open a salary account under this scheme. There is no minimum balance requirement.
The salary account holder gets a group personal accident death insurance cover of Rs 5 lakh. In this, everyone gets free global debit cum ATM.
