For a long time, there has been a discussion whether the week off should be replaced with three days off in a week. Cyber ​​security company TAC Security has taken a big decision to extend the week off of the employees working in the Mumbai office. In a statement given by the company on Monday, it has been said that now the employees will have to work 4 days a week. However, the company is still looking at it as an experiment. If the productivity of the employees increases even after having three days off in a week during 7 months, then this rule will be implemented forever.





Explaining the reason for this decision, the company said that it will help the employees to strike a better balance between work and personal life. And when they return to work they will come with more enthusiasm. The 200-employee company has described this decision as ‘Future of Work’.

In the company’s own internal survey, 80% percent of employees said to work more hours 4 days a week. This will allow them to take care of their personal life during the long weekly off. After this announcement, a large number of employees of the company have participated in different courses and activities.

He said, ‘We all are used to working for 5 days. That’s why I consider it a challenge. It will take us some time to adapt to this new experiment.
