In fact, the Soren Government of Jharkhand has given big benefits to the employees working under the National Health Mission. Where an increase of 5% has been announced in their honorarium. Let us inform that earlier the proposal for increase in honorarium has been approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. After which now following this approval, Additional Campaign Director of Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Committee, Vidyanand Sharma Pankaj has issued orders for increase in honorarium.
According to the order issued by the Ministry of Health, Government of India, the employees working under the National Health Mission will be paid honorarium by increasing the honorarium by 5% in 2021-22. At the same time, this payment will be applicable from April 1, 2021. Let us tell you that the employees appointed during the second wave of Corona could not get its benefit.
After this, the benefit of this increase will be given to those employees who have been appointed during the Corona period. In the order issued in this matter, the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission says that the National Health Mission had gone inside Jharkhand. Employees whose service completes 1 year as on 31st March 2021. They will be given the benefit of 5% honorarium enhancement along with their present payment.
However, such employees working under NHM Jharkhand, from whom they have not been able to complete 1 year as on 31 March 2021. Such employees will not get the benefit of this honorarium increase. Employees who are appointed before 31st March 2020 will not get the benefit of increase in honorarium. After which there are about thousands of such employees of the state. Whose honorarium payment can see an increase in salary. Thousands of employees will get the benefit of increase in salary from March with 5% honorarium for 1 year.
