Good news for employees! 9.3 percent increase in DA, benefit in July salary, order issued

This time their DA has seen a huge increase. In fact, for the July quarter, there has been a huge increase of 9.3 percent in the DA of the employees..


Once again orders for DA hike have been issued for Central Employees. After the order issued by the Ministry of Finance, an increase of 9.3 percent has been recorded in DA. The same DA hike will be implemented from 1st July 2022. For which the employees will be paid huge salary in the month of August.

Revision of Pay Scale for the post of Board Level and Below Board Level including Non-Federal Supervisors in Central Public Sector Enterprises 01.01.1997 – Payment of IDA at Revised Rates – With the issuance of Order Related to the increase has been stamped. . In fact, finally the ministry has issued an order for this.

In the order issued, the undersigned is directed to refer to the new DA scheme in Annex-III of the DPE’s Office Memorandum dated 25.06.1999. In which the rates of DA payable to board level and below board level officers and non-federal supervisors of CPSEs are indicated. The rate of DA payable to CPSE officers and non-federal supervisors is 391.0% with effect from 01.07.2022. The above rates of DA i.e. 391.0% of IDA employees who have been allowed the revised pay scale (1997) as per DPE’s OM dated 25.06.1999. The order in this case will come into force from July 1, 2022.

Earlier an order was issued on 12 April 2022. In which the DA of employees of Central Public Sector Enterprises was increased to 381.7 percent. DA was increased by 2.1 per cent in the April 2022 quarter. Earlier on January 1, 2022, the DA was increased to 379.6%.

This time their DA has seen a huge increase. In fact, for the July quarter, there has been a huge increase of 9.3 percent in the DA of the employees. After which it has increased to 391% for them. Wherein all the administrative Ministries/Departments of the Government of India have been directed to bring the aforesaid to the notice of the CPSEs under their administrative control for necessary action on their part.
