If you are a PF account holder, then the central government is soon going to transfer the interest of your Provident Fund to your account. Very soon Rs 81000 is going to come in the account of PF account holders. About 6 crore employed people will get the benefit of this. However, it has not been confirmed yet by the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization. According to the information received from the sources, the PF interest money can be transferred till August 30.
Know how much interest you will get (PF Interest RATE)
It was announced by EPFO ((Employees Provident Fund Organization) last year that interest on provident fund was received at the rate of 8.5 percent. Has said to give 8.1 percent interest rate on PF. This interest rate available on PF is the lowest in 40 years.
PF interest money
EPFA will transfer the rate of 8.1 percent to your PF account. The government puts PF interest money in your account every year. Know below how much money is going to come in your account this time.
- If you have 10 lakh rupees in your PF account then you will get 81000 rupees as interest.
- If you have 7 lakh rupees in your PF account, then 56700 rupees will come as interest.
- If you have 5 lakh rupees in your PF account, then 40500 rupees will come as interest.
- If you have one lakh rupees in your account then you will get 8100 rupees as interest.
Check PF balance through SMS
If your UAN is registered with EPFO, then you will get the balance of the PF in a few seconds. For this, the employee will have to send EPFO UAN LAN to 7738299899. The last 3 characters are for language. If you want information in Hindi then you can send it by writing EPFOHO UAN HIN. After this you will get to know the balance through SMS.
Know PF by missed call
If you can also find out your PF balance through a missed call. For this you have to make a missed call on 011.22901406 from your registered mobile number (pf registered mobile number). After missed call the phone will be disconnected automatically. After this you will get the balance information.
Know account balance by visiting the website
You go to the EPF passbook portal to check your balance online. You log in to this portal through your UAN and password. In this, click on Download / View Passbook and then the passbook will open in front of you, in which you will see the balance of your account.
