Meesho New Leave Policy 2022: There is good news for private employees. Internet commerce company Meesho has announced a new leave policy for its employees. Under this, an employee can take paid leave up to 365 days, although it will have some terms and conditions.
Actually, Misho Company has made this new unlimited leave policy a part of ‘MeeCARE’ program. Under this, during the paid leave, the employee will continue to get benefits like PF and Insurance. Apart from medical, these leave can also be taken for non-medical reasons. Not only this, if an employee wants to complete any course or any of his studies, then he can take advantage of this policy of the company.
Apart from this, giving great relief to its employees, this private company has told that under the new policy, if the employees returning from long leave do not have to fear or panic about their position. The company’s chief HR Ashish Kumar Singh has said, when the employees come back from leave, they will be reinstated in the old post. Whereas those taking leave for other needs except medical will have to go on unpaid leave instead of paid leave.
This special leave will be available on these conditions
- If the employee suffers from any serious illness, then he can take full 365 days of paid leave.
- If any immediate family relative of the employee suffers from serious illness then he can take leave.
- If the employee himself falls ill, he will be given paid leave for the whole year, while if a family member falls ill, then 25 percent of the salary will be given for 3 months.
- Such employees who take leave under this leave policy will be given their old post after their return.
