Earlier this age limit was 50 years. The daily wage of daily wage workers has been increased from Rs 225 to Rs 300. In future it will be increased further.

The share of 80 thousand employees of the New Pension Scheme was increased from 10 percent to 14 percent by the government. Education Minister Govind Singh addressed the conference of Kullu District Non-Gazetted Employees Federation at Rath Maidan, Dhalpur. District Non-Gazetted Employees Federation President Ashu Goyal placed the demands of the employees before the minister.
