No portability facility
Sugar was earlier to be distributed to Antyodaya card holders in December, but keeping in mind Diwali and Chhath Puja, the Yogi government has fixed the date of distribution of sugar on November 3. State portability facility will not be available in sugar distribution. That is, the state to which the Antyodaya card holder belongs, will be able to take sugar at a reasonable rate from the government ration shop in the same state.
