New Delhi. If you also have an account in Indian Bank, then you will get the benefit of up to Rs 2 lakh every month in less than 30 rupees per month. This benefit will be available under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) run by the Central Government. Under this scheme, the policyholder has to deposit only Rs 330 annually. It will be directly deducted every year from the bank account. And you will get an insurance cover of up to Rs 2 lakh.
Apart from this, if you deposit only 12 rupees annually in Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana PMSBY, then you will also get accidental insurance of Rs 2 lakh. So let’s know everything about these two schemes…

Under this scheme, life cover is available till the age of 55 years. In case of death of the insured due to any reason, the nominee gets a cover of Rs 2 lakh. The annual premium of this scheme is Rs 330 i.e. less than Rs 30 per month. The benefit of this scheme can be taken till the age of 18 to 50 years. For this it is necessary to have a bank account. Every year before 31st May, the premium amount gets auto-deducted from your account.
